Supervisory Development Program

An introductory program to help supervisors and first time Leaders to identify and share practices that will impact results, build relationships and support the much-required competencies. The program is focused on highly practical skills and knowledge that participants can use immediately on the job. Creative Assignments between sessions helps to directly support improved performance on key performance indicators.
