Effective Facilitation skills has become one of the most significant Faculty competencies, given the acute talent crunch which the industries are facing today. This comprehensive workshop is designed to equip the teaching faculty with the skills of facilitations and the art of reaching out effectively to the Millennial (students). The workshop also teaches the fundamentals of adult learning and how to design sessions effectively around identified learning needs. The Interventions are Facilitator led and coached, which help in creating an impactful learning environment.
